Title: Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Duties: The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be providing customer support to our facility business office staff with all payroll and benefits related administration, processing, reconciliations, and inquiries. Supports all payroll functions for assigned campuses (pre-tax and post-tax deductions, process manual checks and final check requests,processing and monitoring of wage garnishments, processing of benefit enrollments,401k, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Time & Attendance administration.
- Minimum of 4 years processing corporate payroll
- Payroll preview, balancing, analysis, confirming and reporting.
- Monitor payroll production schedule and ensure timely payroll submission to ADP.
