This role is 100% remote.
You will be responsible for providing analytics (report development and deep dive ad hoc analyses). The Analyst will leverage multiple analytics platforms and large-scale datasets to assess short and long-term strategies and make data-driven recommendations supporting overall business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage large-scale databases and analytics tools to derive data-driven insights into customer behavior.
- Produce impactful analyses and reporting solutions
- Develop dashboards to support insights with visualization of complex data sets.
- Own requirements, development, and validation of ongoing metrics and KPI reporting
- Work cross-functionally with external departments (e.g. marketing, merchandising, store operations) to develop reporting and analyses that evaluate business performance.
- Conduct findings and recommendations to drive key business decisions.
- Help execute the roll-out of modern business intelligence/analytics tools and visualizations.
- Deliver compelling story-lined based presentations for various business initiatives.
- Perform reporting and analysis of customer segments and growth initiatives and develop recommendations and hypotheses to optimize future performance.
- Foster and develop relationships with key strategic and operational vendors.
- Share skills and knowledge with teammates to grow the department’s total impact on the organization.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of experience in analytical roles of progressive scope and complexity
- Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience evaluating and deploying BI and analytics tools
