Responsibilities:
Responsible to supply servers with food items and supplies for the front of the restaurant to function effectively. Responsible for general table maintenance and cleanliness of restaurants in accordance to specification, in a courteous and efficient manner.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following :
1. Serve general items such as food, hot and cold beverages
2. Stock up the runner station with all required items needs
3. Clean area and station clean
4. Serving guests at the pool and cabanas in a timely manner
5. Well groomed at all times and upbeat
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment usage. Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
  • Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
