Remote Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

  • LakeCrest Dental is growing and there's an incredible opportunity for you to join our amazing team! We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic bookkeeper to join our outstanding team! We are proud to be serving the communities of Claremore, Sand Springs, Owasso and Broken Arrow. Expected to be 20-30 hours per month. Hours are flexible with some time-sensitive requirements to meet semi-monthly payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate weekly check runs
  • Assist in Treasury Management functions
  • Manage purchase card program
  • Calculate bonuses and variable compensation for payroll
  • Facilitate payroll processing
  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process
  • Account reconciliations
  • Month-end allocations
  • Budget variance analysis
  • Create monthly financial consolidation
  • Assist in HR/Open Enrollment functions
  • Facilitate annual budget process
  • Audit/Tax Preparation Request/Other Filings as needed

Qualifications:

  • Quickbooks experience required
  • Paychex experience a plus but not required
  • Strong excel skills, including pivot tables
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Attention to detail
  • Ownership and pride in performance
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and serve colleagues without financial background
