Job duties:
- Assist with customer inquiries via telephone, email, or other written correspondence and utilize empathy and patience with all customers.
- Administer new case set ups, billing, collection and reconciliation of premiums, processing policy changes, etc.
- Research customer needs and solutions, pro-actively calling customers to assist and update.

Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years related experience required, 1-3 years of client service experience preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance, banking, and/or healthcare is a plus!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
