Customer Support Representative - Remote [United States]


 

Job duties:

  • Assist with customer inquiries via telephone, email, or other written correspondence and utilize empathy and patience with all customers.
  • Administer new case set ups, billing, collection and reconciliation of premiums, processing policy changes, etc.
  • Research customer needs and solutions, pro-actively calling customers to assist and update.

    Administrative work, managing account via email and phone processing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years related experience required, 1-3 years of client service experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in insurance, banking, and/or healthcare is a plus!
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Possess excellent verbal and written
