Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of our cocktail bar, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring top-notch service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, keeping equipment and supplies in order.
- Manage inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and availability of beverages.
- Implement and uphold cash handling procedures with precision.
- Create a welcoming culture and provide excellent customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree preferred)
- Previous experience in Bar Management (show us your expertise!)
- Basic computer skills (we'll need you to navigate our systems effectively)
