Beenyup OSHClub is looking for a Coordinator to lead a team of educators in providing engaging services for children ages 4-12 years old. Beenyup is a service, licensed for 50 children, reaching averages of about 10-15 in 'Rise then shine' and 25-30 in 'Stay and play'.

Hours are as follows: Monday - Friday, 06:30AM - 09:00AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30PM - 06:00PM (Stay and Play Program) plus additional admin hours. The middle of your day is free plus you can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too! Total hours are 36.50 per week.

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft whatever you and the children are into!
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
