We are an electrician company backed by a master electrician. We install all of our own deals which means we don't charge our customers dealer fees and pass our savings onto the customers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales activities to generate leads and set appointments for solar installations.
- Engage with homeowners and educate them about the benefits of solar energy.
- Utilize persuasive skills to highlight the financial savings and environmental advantages of switching to solar power.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about solar products, financing options, and incentives available.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and effectively address any questions or concerns raised by potential customers.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth transition to the next stage of the sales process.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to effectively pitch and sell solar products and services.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working independently and able to adapt to changing environments.
- Basic computer literacy for updating customer information and utilizing sales tools.
- Prior door-to-door sales experience is advantageous but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
