Valley Pacific Petroleum Services is seeking a dedicated and mature full-time Receptionist for our corporate office in Stockton, CA. The individual will report to the Accounting Office Manager and work with accounting staff and other department managers in the office.
Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Greet and direct visitors (customers, vendors, delivery drivers, etc.) at the front desk.
- Clerical Duties Assist billing team with printing/distributing driver paperwork, filing/scanning AP & AR documents, answering calls, monitor and order office supplies, etc.

Mail Services pick up/drop off mail daily, delivering mail/packages to personnel accordingly, opening & scanning checks.- Use of Office Equipment Telephone system, photocopiers, scanners, postage machine, folding machine, PC (Windows), etc.
- Provide administrative assistance to some of the executives in our corporate office.
Required/Preferred Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, accounting team, and other employees throughout the company.
- Preferred work ethics and personality traits should include being pleasant, positive, honest, dependable, competent, energetic, ambitious, confident, proactive, and professional.
- Ability to work safely and often unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Accurate and fast keyboarding skills, including 10-key.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with office equipment.
- High school diploma and at least 20 years of age (licensed and authorized to drive a company vehicle).
