As a business partner of Framelens Photo, the compensation plan of a Remote Project Assistant (RPA) will range from a one to fifty-one percent commission for every sale he or she generates. This commission percentage will vary and depend on the person’s performance and the value of his or her task. A Remote Project Assistant (RPA) at Framelens Photo must also complete tasks unrelated to sales, which will not yield payment.
Framelens Photo estimates that a Remote Project Assistant (RPA) can expect to earn up to $60,000 US dollars annually. Framelens Photo will pay its Remote Project Assistants (RPAs) via PayPal or another similar payroll management platform on the 3rd or 27th of each month.
This job offer comprises a two-year contract and is subject to a two-, six- and fourteen-month evaluation. This business partnership relationship can end at any time and for any or no reason by the employee or employer.
Framelens Photo may also fire a Remote Project Assistant (RPA) if he or she does not make a sale within his or her first fourteen days of hire or during one half of any month or any period of fourteen consecutive days.
