The FP&A Capabilities Center for G&A and expense management is a global Finance Center of Excellence (COE) and we are hiring for a business analysis manager. Within the newly established FP&A Capabilities Center, you will assume a lead role as a data expert and process owner in the team supporting total company G&A goals.
As business analysis manager, you will…
- Support high-profile workstreams directly aligned to executive priorities
- Lead process development of new spend approval committee
- Organize, review, and present spend requests to committee made up of Finance leaders
- Design leadership reporting to articulate spend requests and decisions
- Navigate internal data systems to become trusted expert of spend baselines
- Conduct reviews to validate efficiency proposals across the enterprise
- Progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, budgeting and business planning (7 years)
- Process improvement management (3 years)
- Applicable retail or technology industry experience (5 years)
- Contributing to and leading cross-functional teams (5 years)
- Making recommendations to decision makers (5 years)
