Scheduling Coordinator
Full-time
Tasks/Roles and Responsibilities:
- Explain work requirements to potential new Staff.
- Address issues from Staff.
- Inform/remind new Staff of roles and responsibilities including going over dress code & do’s & don’ts (reminders) with staff.
- Maintain schedule for new Staff Applicant interviews and orientations.
- Assist in processing new Staff Applicants, including interviewing as needed.
- Assist in hiring and Orientation of new Staff.
- Schedule Clients with Staff including new cases and all changes in scheduling needs.
- Always maintain the schedule. Repeated reports on Available Shifts, processed Time Off Requests, and resolve callouts of staff, and emergency schedule changes for Clients.
- Document daily activities (Staff & Clients) in the database program and share updates as needed in multiple daily huddles with other staffing office team.
- Job postings on Indeed or other sources for new Staff (monthly, weekly, as needed)
- Assist audits of Staff files for current accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate Staff for Client Respite care.
- Weekly check-up calls to Clients; send schedules as per Client requests.
- Collect staff updates and information as needed for Payroll processing.
- Assist in resolving complaints or other issues with Staff and/or Clients.
- Answer phones, answer questions as much as possible; know when to forward to others.
- Be available for after-office hours (on-call) phone calls. (paid)
- Be available to perform other office functions when the office is short-staffed.
- Client intake from Regional Centers.
- Provide weekly Reports, of incoming client intake.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
