Position summary:
This position is the secondary contact point for plan sponsors and is responsible for assisting their Teams Administrators in supporting their clients with administration of their plans. This position is also responsible for customer satisfaction and customer retention by providing professional, clear, accurate and timely plan administration.

General purpose:Deliver Third Party Administrative services to retirement plan sponsors in compliance with all IRS and DOL regulations.
Role qualifications:
- 1-3 years general office experience.
- 1-3 years experience processing distributions in a TPA environment
- Proficient MS Office and computer skills.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask.
- Ability to effectively receive direction from Relationship Managers.
- Must attend conferences, seminars and webinars to further education.
- Communicates effectively with others.
Position responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist clients as needed.
- Prepare and process Client loan packages and distributions.
- Required Minimum Distributions and force outs
- Client website access management
- Update vesting file.
- Any other task as requested by Team Administrator.
